Why is it that… All the People you actually want To be around, live no Where near you…

We all have those special people in our lives—the ones who just get us. The friends who can make us laugh until our sides ache, the ones we can be our quirky, unfiltered selves around, and the ones who can turn an ordinary day into something unforgettable. Yet, for some unfair reason, these amazing folks often live miles away, in another city, state, or even across the globe.
On the flip side, the people who drain your energy—the ones you’d prefer to avoid at the grocery store—seem to be right around the corner. Life really does have a funny way of working things out, doesn’t it?
It’s so frustrating when the people you truly connect with aren’t nearby for those spontaneous coffee dates, late-night drives, or just enjoying comfortable silence together. Instead, you find yourself navigating long-distance friendships, sending memes at odd hours, and making promises like, “One day, we’ll finally plan that trip!”
Maybe this is life’s way of reminding us to treasure the moments we do get with our favorite people. Or perhaps it’s just a stroke of bad luck. Either way, we’ll keep sending voice notes, planning future get-togethers, and holding onto the hope that someday, life will bring us all a little closer.
